We understand being charged a late cancel fee can be frustrating for our patients so we’d like to explain our philosophy on the importance of collecting late cancel fees: When a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice, more than likely a clinician is unable to fill that slot. Client may be subject to a fee, because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you.
No Surprises Act
Effective January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act, which Congress passed as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of
2021, is designed to protect clients…
We are committed to addressing situations when those expectations are not met in a timely, reasonable, and consistent manner.
